Prices shown are actual prices for our products, there are no additional charges added to your order from Flipflopstation.

Order Processing

All orders are subject to credit clearance, address verification and complete fraud prevention checks before being dispatched. In the event that there are any problems with your payment your order will be held and we will contact you immediately.

Though we make an active effort to ensure the stock status on all items is up to date, there may be discrepancies in actual stock levels. Should any items from your order be unavailable, you will be notified immediately with alternative options. We will usually be able to offer you the next size up or down, a different colour or your choice of any other product from our collections. Once your order has been agreed, we will dispatch your order.

Customs Duty & Taxes

For all countries, once your parcel arrives in your country it may be liable to Customs Duty and Tax. If this is the case your parcel will be held at your local Customs office until this is paid. If charges are not paid your parcel may be destroyed or returned to us. Unfortunately as we do not have control over these charges, ANY costs incurred by Fox Productions Ltd as a result of unpaid Duty Charges will be charged to you before (and if) any refund is issued. Please check with your local postal service if you are unsure about customs charges in your country.
