How Can I Send My Own Design for Customization?

Want to add a personal touch to your flip-flops? You can easily do that by uploading your own images to our customization platform. Here's how:

  1. Image Size: We accept images up to 10MB in size, ensuring you have the freedom to choose high-quality pictures and designs.
  2. Resizing Your Image: If your image is too large, don't worry. You can use websites like TinyJPEG to reduce the file size while maintaining the quality. Simply upload your image to such a site, follow the resizing instructions, and save the optimized version.
  3. Uploading: Once your image is ready, return to our customization platform and select the option to upload your design. Choose the resized image file from your device, and you're all set!

How long would it take for me to receive my order?

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at as soon as you realise something is incorrect.

Why is my Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) Registration Number required to be stated to buy at your website?

There is a field labeled Additional information on the payment page in the checkout process.
Customers from Brazil, South Korea, Italy and China should fill in this field with the required number.
Caution:You can't edit your resident/customs ID number on an order. If you entered incorrect information, then cancel that order and place their order again.

Can I track my order?

Certainly! If your order includes a tracking number, you can easily track it. Flipflopstation will promptly send you a confirmation email containing the tracking details once your order is processed. Simply keep an eye on your inbox for this email, and you'll be able to monitor your order's journey every step of the way.

The tracking number you provided is not working.

When it comes to international deliveries, especially those involving multiple countries, it's not uncommon for tracking numbers to change along the way. This change typically occurs when the package transitions from one carrier or postal service to another as it crosses international borders.

Here's why this happens:

  1. Different Carrier Systems: Each country often has its own postal or delivery system managed by different carriers. As a package moves from one country to another, it might switch carriers, necessitating a change in the tracking number.
  2. Integration Challenges: International shipping involves complex logistics and coordination between various carriers. Sometimes, these carriers' tracking systems aren't fully integrated, leading to the issuance of a new tracking number by the receiving carrier.
  3. Customs Clearance: When a package passes through customs in a new country, the local carrier may assign a new tracking number to facilitate tracking within its system as it goes through customs clearance procedures.
  4. Efficiency and Accuracy: Changing the tracking number can also help ensure smoother tracking and delivery processes, reducing errors and improving efficiency, especially if the initial tracking number format isn't compatible with the new carrier's system.

While a change in tracking number might seem inconvenient, it's a common practice aimed at ensuring that packages can be efficiently tracked and delivered across international borders. Customers can usually track their packages using the new tracking number provided by the carrier operating in the destination country. We will make our best efforts to redirect you to the right carrier/new number.

I received the wrong products.

In the rare case that you have received products you did not order, please send us a photograph of the items received. Once we verify an error on our part, we will act quickly to help you return the incorrect items at our expense and send the correct products as quickly as possible.
