30 Days to Ensure Your Satisfaction

At Flip Flop Station, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully, as some products are custom-made and have special return conditions.


Claims and Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error on our part, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly and at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags.


Customer Remorse

Returns or refunds due to customer remorse—including but not limited to change of mind, ordering the wrong size, style, color, or quantity—are not accepted for any product. All sales are considered final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We strongly encourage you to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions and photos

  • Refer to the size charts provided for each item

  • Contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sizing, materials, or other details

Valid and reasonable return requests must meet at least one of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product (different style, color, size, or design than ordered)

  • The item was significantly different from the product description

If your situation does not meet these criteria, we unfortunately cannot accept the return or issue a refund.

Sizing issues are considered the customer’s responsibility, as comprehensive sizing guides are provided for reference on each product page.


Custom-Made and Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order, as clearly stated in each product description. Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer remorse or sizing errors.


Partial Refunds

If an item is returned without prior authorization, outside the 30-day window, or in a condition not due to our error, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.


Size Exchanges

For custom-made footwear, size exchanges are at the customer’s expense, including return shipping and any associated fees. Please contact us in advance if you wish to proceed with a size exchange.


How to Report an Issue

To report a problem with your order, please email us at hello@flipflopstation.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing any damage or defect

We’ll respond as soon as possible to assist you.

Important: Please do not send returns without contacting us first to confirm eligibility and receive return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for added security. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and will include any original shipping fee. Any additional charges or deductions will be clearly communicated.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider

  • Then, contact us at hello@flipflopstation.com if you still need assistance


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. If your parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs or loss of the item.


EU Consumer Notification

In accordance with EU consumer rights, customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return or cancellation. Eligibility is determined at our discretion, as detailed in each product listing.


Policy Language

This policy is governed by English-language terms. In the event of any discrepancy between translations and the English version, the English version will prevail.
